Hello im a teenager weighing 65 kg AND 166cm/5’4 tall.
Im finding it hard to create a diet for me i calculated my macros which are as follows : Protein 143G, Fat 57G and Carbs 194G (1860 calories daily).
My aim is to stay lean and fit and build muscle. I was going to Involve chicken and brown rice in my diet (3/4 meals which consists of those) and try that lettuce wrap you have posted recently here : http://www.mirrorfriendly.com/nutrition/mirror-friendly-lettuce-wrap/.
