I am pleased and also excited to be able to share my very first post with you. In the coming future I would like to make this place a regular stopover for fitness enthusiasts i.e. those people who strive to look and feel their best wherever and whenever it may be but also for those people who are seeking motivation and guidance into better healthy living.
This all depends on the effort and consistency put into the 3 fitness pillars of training, nutrition and (sufficient) sleep – “the holy triangle” as one friend refers to it. All three are equally important and as soon as one slacks in any of these, his/her physique will negatively reflect this.
The simplest measure available to you in order to assess the results you have been working for is the mirror. Your own reflection never lies and it speaks for itself. The image you see in the mirror is the very same one you carry around wherever you go.
Hence while I will be busy taking care of bringing to you my knowledge and experience achieved through the many years I have dedicated to fitness, I suggest you walk up to your mirror and while checking out your reflection ask yourself whether you want it to look better. If so, then it will be my pleasure to help you satisfy your wish and in doing so I invite you to stay tuned for the upcoming posts.
