Even if you are eating healthy, without an excellent training regime you will not get in shape the way you want to. Our 12 week training program will take your body to another level, telling you when and what to train, either at home or in the gym, choosing from a variety of exercises with different numbers of sets and repetitions and a varying intensity depending on the week in question. The exercise selection will also come with YouTube links or photo illustrations demonstrating proper execution and form.
How does it work?
- Once you purchase this service we will be sending you our questionnaire for you to complete. This will enable us to assess your current lifestyle, your fitness goals, any food intolerances, any particular areas which need focusing on and more in detail.
- Upon obtaining the required information from you we will work on your personal nutrition plan and 12 week training program which will take us about a week. Once done we will send you the plans on separate printable pages.
- We will then be the guide by your side – staying with you along the way by regularly tracking your progress and being available for any questions you may have, this way ensuring you remain on track.
