In order to build a customised training program which works for you we will simply need to assess your fitness level, your muscle strengths and weaknesses, any injuries or physical conditions, your current training schedule (if any) and whether you have access to a gym or prefer working out at home.
All we’d need you to do is answer a simple questionnaire which we have set up for this purpose.
Make no mistake about it, the road to a rock-hard, chiselled physique is paved with sweat (lots of sweat!), toil, and the occasional tear. There’s no silver bullet that gets you there and that’s the reason why so many people who go at it alone drop out after a short while.
However, you have a secret weapon. Your personally-made Mirror Friendly 12 week training plan is the map to your fitness success.
You may already be eating healthy but without a good training regime you will not reach the best shape of your life. We were born to be on the move and to this effect Mirror Friendly represents a lifetime of physical activity, competitive sports and fitness. We believe that through regular, progressive exercise you will be able to continuously improve your body and we are certainly against shortcuts or gimmicks – they are either a waste of time, money and harmful to your health.
Based on the information we gather we will design a 12 week tailored training program which will tell you when and what to train, at home or in the gym, on your chosen training days. For each muscle group you will be able to choose from a range of exercises at a given number of sets and repetitions and the intensity will vary depending on the week. The exercise selection will also come with YouTube links or photo illustrations demonstrating proper execution and form.
We appreciate the fact that not everybody has the same fitness goals, so that is why we approach this on a case by case basis. Our training program is going to take your body to another level.
How does it work?
- Once you purchase this service we will be sending you our questionnaire for you to complete. This will enable us to assess your current lifestyle, your fitness goals, any particular areas for improvement and more in detail.
- Upon obtaining the required information from you we will work on your personalised 12 week training program which will take us about a week. Once done we will send you the program on separate printable pages.
- We will then be the guide by your side – staying with you along the way by regularly tracking your progress and being available for any questions you may have, this way ensuring you remain on track.
