- Once you sign up for this service we will be sending you a questionnaire for you to complete. This will enable us to assess your current lifestyle, your fitness goals, any food intolerances, any particular areas which need focusing on and more in detail.
- We will send you an email to agree on a time for the Skype call.
- At the agreed time we will call you up and look forward to answering your questions.
