Hello im a teenager weighing 65 kg AND 166cm/5’4 tall.

Im finding it hard to create a diet for me i calculated my macros which are as follows : Protein 143G, Fat 57G and Carbs 194G (1860 calories daily).

My aim is to stay lean and fit and build muscle. I was going to Involve chicken and brown rice in my diet (3/4 meals which consists of those) and try that lettuce wrap you have posted recently here :

Hi Godfrey!

Thanks for reaching out as it is our pleasure to help people who want to improve their looks by living a healthy lifestyle.

You mentioned that your goal is to stay lean and build muscle which points towards a clean bulk as oppose to a fat loss diet. If you want to add muscle while keeping your fat levels close to what they currently are we would recommend at least a daily calorie intake of around 2100 calories for your weight, split as follows: around 25% fat, 2.5g per kg of your body in protein and the rest in clean carbs such as brown rice as your rightly mentioned.
