Dear Sir, how often does a beginner need to train fitness at the gym to build up naturally?

Hey Matthew. I would say that in the beginning one should start gradually so not as to get burned out quickly. I’d say a minimum of 4 times a week at moderate intensity. Eventually one can build up on that, increasing intensity and also the number of sessions to 5/6 times a week. I’d say a day of rest is a must.
