Those of you who follow Mirror Friendly are surely familiar with Tanya, our extended arm in North America 💪
Born to Maltese parents and raised in Toronto, Tanya (who happens to be my cousin!) recently graduated as a Holistic Nutritionist at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. So here’s a massive thumbs up to my cousin for her achievement; this will surely add value to our blog through the regular content Tanya contributes to our cause.
Tanya is now offering customized nutritional consultations and menu plans so for those of you who want to get in touch you can do so via her newly launched website here. I am more than sure that you will be well served!
So that makes 2 certified nutritionists on our small yet mighty Mirror Friendly team 😄
But that is not enough…
As you can see, like Martina, Tanya clearly practices and lives what she advocates in her articles. And that is one of the primary values that we at Mirror Friendly believe in;
Actions speak louder than words and words replicated with actions are very loud indeed!
Keep it up Tanya. We’re proud of you ⭐
To fitness with love,
Andrew
P.S. Regards to the cute yet very smart Willow from us all 😄
Tanya has helped me on many an occasion, tweaking my nutrition plan to help me towards achieving optimal health and providing me with a well rounded fitness routine. It is Tanya who helped me kick my sugar addiction (yep, there I said it! sugar is addictive) and propelled me towards the completion of running my first 10K race. Her knowledge and dedication to the field of nutrition, and to her clients, is remarkable!
Giselle,
I’m so proud of you! Both of your accomplishments ( beating a sugar addiction and running 10k) are challenging and take dedication. It is your desire and dedication to better yourself and get on a path to optimal health that led you to success in achieving your goals. Bravo!
