1. Exercise regularly and eat healthy every day.
2. Get enough sleep and make time for relaxation.
3. Pray often, in silence.
4. Be grateful for what you have; do not compare yourself to others.
5. Practice kindness and humility; give more compliments.
6. Always look for the positive in every situation.
7. Let go of anything outside your circle of influence, anything you have no control over.
8. Do not be too hasty in judging others.
9. Listen twice as much as you talk.
10. Never stop learning.
