“Hey guys. Thanks for the plans. Are you sure it’s not too much food? I just hope those calories are not too high for me as I doubt I’ll lose weight like this. I never ate so much when dieting!”

“Hey! Your reaction is a common occurrence with our clients upon receiving their plans. However, keep in mind that to lose fat you do not simply have to eat less, rather you have to eat enough.
If you eat too little, like many people do, your body will go into what’s known as ‘starvation mode’, storing the (insufficient) food you consume as body fat rather than using it efficiently for energy. This will inevitably lead to the opposite of what we are after.
Naturally, during the first few days you might be feeling stuffed until your body gets used to the new portions, in which case do not try to force down anything more than you are comfortable with. Having said so, note that your appetite will adjust in a matter of days and we expect you to be applying the plan in its totality within 2 weeks or so.
Eventually through your weight and photo updates we will tell you how to amend the portions accordingly. You will soon realize how awesome it feels to eat more than you ever did and still lose fat.”
Client after a couple of weeks:
“Hey guys. I am managing to eat as suggested and I no longer get sugar cravings like I did before. I love breakfast, it has become my favourite meal of the day whereas as you know I used to skip it until a few weeks ago. I have also noticed I lost fat at waist level, down from 133 to 123cm. Furthermore, not sure if this has anything to do with my new eating habits but sleeping patterns have also improved. Thank you!”
