With the onset of spring upon us, you will mostly likely start thinking about gradually shedding those couple extra comfortable layers of winter fat off your sexy body. And this time round we have thought about making your dreaded fat loss effort a little more bearable.
Enter the Mirror Friendly Hot or Cold Chocolate…
With very little calories and no sugar whatsoever, apart from being made from healthy ingredients this drink is bound to make a hit with those of you who find it too sad doing away with that something sweet after a meal.
The following ingredients were used to make one cup of Mirror Friendly hot or cold chocolate:
– 10g raw cacao powder (unsweetened)
– 200ml coconut milk (unsweetened)
– few drops of stevia (add to your liking)
Step by step instructions in preparing the Mirror Friendly hot or cold chocolate:
This is the easiest recipe ever; just mix all your ingredients together.
For a cold chocolate, put all ingredients in a blender and blend for few seconds. You can also use ice cubes.
For a hot chocolate, place all the ingredients in a pot and cook for few minutes. Do not boil it.
Note: If you want to have your chocolate creamier use only 100ml coconut milk and add 100ml coconut cream.
The nutritional values per cup of Mirror Friendly hot or cold chocolate are as follows:
Calories: 65 kcal
Protein: 2.5g
Carbohydrates: 7g
of which fibre: 3g
of which sugar: 4g (naturally occurring in coconut milk)
Fats: 3g (Note: no trans fats in here)
